The number of Golman Sach's employees who are now and in the past work for the US government is staggering. As your chart points out the tenticles of this wallstreet behemoth are vast and far reaching. When they are unable to change the law in there favor,they still have the jummp on what the new rules will require and can change co. policy accordingly. In other words they dictate,mannipulate,and edit banking laws from within the government itself.
